A folk song, found in the western Land Unknown. As far as this knight can tell, it derives from an old myth only the people of the Land Unknown seem to properly know. If possible, I will ask a scholar once I return home to my Emperor!
„Is there a time I can reckon
To be found once lost?
Will the wind blow my curtains?
The sun repel all clouds?
Can I be sure of myself
Once it all breaks down?
I will find you, I will find you.
Searched for rule and redemption
This war I have fought
A million times I have prayed
To the wrong gods above
Can I trust my perception?
For it all to change?
I will find you, I will find you.
Once I look back to you
My ruler, my king
Kiss thy hands
And wash thy sins
I forgive your complexion.
On your knees will you repent?
I will find you, I will find you.
A loyal knight, your confidant
I have loved your strength.
You broke my trusted armour
I couldn’t keep my sanity in check.
If I leave, will I hurt you?
Is this how it will end?
I will find you, I will find you.”
