The generell Concept of „The council“

The council is an underground organisation with a lot more influence on the world than anything. Ideally, there aren’t even that many members in the council, only about 200 to 300 people. These people can range from any country to any job and can even be insiders of entire governments. Therefore, the council has a lot of power.
Another thing that you and maybe your readers should be aware of is the money and resources of the council. Due to the many very intelligent people working for this organisation, they have made millions through investments, inventions and great advancement in technology, much further than any other company or brilliant scientists.
To get a basic image of the work the council has done, you should know that they’ve infiltrated many governments, produced servers with a capacity of thousands of gigabytes and developed a semi-interactive hologram system. They also have programmed hundreds of websites and protocols for many different purposes.

The organisation of the council

The council has a very strict order in their ranks, which are mostly sorted after a special uniform.
Once you join, you start with a normal plain white robe and the emblem of the council on it in the colour of your belt.
The belts are the most important parts to show the ranks of their members. (List of belt colours):

When you start, you have to chose, or you are sorted into two or three committees in which you can rank up in your belts. To be head of a comity requires you to be at least green-bronze. If you manage to get to green-silver in at least two comities, you are able to choose another comity to start in and in those two comities your rank is now blue. To get to any higher rank, it requires you to be ranked very high on other committees, or you have to be recommended by a blue-bronze rank directly to the heads of the council.
The maximum rank you can achieve is blue-bronze unless you get promoted to head of the council, which would make you an automatic blue-silver. For that to happen, one of the four council heads must retire because there can only be four of them to balance each other.

All members are sorted based on their already existing skills and are trained in combat, espionage and the work of their committee. (More information on the committees is in planning)
