Royalties arise from retail sales of an ISBN book from the 11th copy sold in retail.
No. Copies you order yourself through story.one do not count toward retail royalties.
Currently, you receive 10% of the gross retail price from the 11th to 3,000th retail copy, 12% from the 3,001st to 10,000th copy and 16% from the 10,001st copy. At a book price of €18, the first tier equals €1.80 per book.
In the “Sales & Royalties” area, you can see sales development and available royalties for your published books.
Retail data is reported through distribution partners and may appear with a delay. Final accounting takes place at the relevant accounting dates.
When a payable royalty amount is available, you can request payout in your account. The transfer usually takes place within 30 days.
