‘Honestly like I’ve been there a lot… or not a lot but like maybe a handful of times especially last year – my little 9 to 5 working phase. Um yeah I feel like it’s hard because maybe you’re like excited about y’know catching the eye of someone and the initial like first conversations like it’s super flattering when that would happen to me. The thing is that like after a certain point like – it depends on the guy – sometimes they like truly want to just talk to you or like literally just have a nice chat and then it’s fine and it’s over and you y’know move on. Other times they think it’s like an invitation to just like keep coming over and like maybe something more but like at least he asked you y’know. For me, a lot of the times they didn’t even ask me and they just went for it and I let it happen but I feel like yeah I have to be realistic even though my only intention is just like I wanna focus on myself and like have a good time. I feel like guys – because of their like biology and like the way that they are wired – um they just have this like primitive instinct to like attack and like just kinda like jump at the chance and ummm yeah I just feel like in order to like avoid that I kinda just like I do like a nice little side step ahaha. Ummm but yeah I think that I feel you hah it’s like the adrenaline rush of the moment but then afterwards I feel like I’ve just learned from past experience to just uh protect myself and like just kind of be like mindful of like y’know that certain things might lead to other things y’know too. That’s what’s up… it’s a fascinating route like learning how to navigate all that.’
