Change of seasons

It's lovely to see the seasons change

And the trees are slowly turning orange to protect themselves

Then losing their leaves

And when I am lucky I move on with them in the wind

Or I stand still inside their orange patterns on the ground

To wait and watch until they sprout in green majesty again

Ocean view

My favorite sight is the oceanview

When I sit at the shore I feel less alone

Feet buried in sand

Noise of waves that feel like faint soft voices that talk to me

All of it with tenderness.

Wind, a hug to my fragile body

Salt that comforts me while crying my own tears, and they fall and collect

Into my very own ocean.

Epiphany of youth

I know I can't always stay. I know eventually I'll have to change.

To taste my own blood to succeed.

I know I think too much of what's going to be and half of it has never happened but

I am excited. So excited to know.

Where I will call home, what I will call home? And to who will I become home to?

I just know, my epiphany of youth lays within. And when I reach it,

The last winter of life, home will be on a hill, in a castle surrounded by the purest flakes of snow.
