Depths of the Past

Effie is haunted by her past, or rather what she doesn’t remember about it. Knowing it changed her life significantly, she would do anything to remember the events that caused a spiral in her life. Along with her equally haunted friends, they follow a fable of a lake, hidden by the hills, with the ability to change or control the past. They discover, however, that digging up buried memories may be touching ghosts that never wanted to be disturbed, or trying to fix what was never broken could result in greater hurt than you could imagine. The past is certain, the future is not. In a world where you could change the past, would you?
