Lie down on the bed. Cover yourself
with a cool heavy blanket.
Place your arms loosely along
the body. Take a deep
breath; then exhale,
relaxing your chest.
You are ready to fall asleep.
It’s only up to your
unconscious, what
you are going to
have a dream about.
A sweet-sweet dream
or a dreadful
unsettling nightmare?
Sleep tight!
Don’t let the
bedbugs bite.
