Jealous of the rays
Arrowed by mesmerizing sun
The leaves engulf the color
Absurdly compete with horizon,
Their face dried out duller
As golden tresses feather through
They fall to soil as last resort
Shelter to find peace,
Before found hope to rise

Red and orange, golden coloured
Are the leaves falling down,
Away from tree
Apart from branches
Holding them as gown against cold,
Though letting free the beloved leaves
As chances given up in sinful time,
The wind huffles and whispers
The notes of depravity, along with
Leaves secured from fall,
rustling along the nature’s sound,
A butterfly then came by, in search
for the flower once pulled towards,
only to see the blossom found,
was wilted & decayed
as everything around
