Chapter 1 :bad luck

20th January 2024,the day when an incident took place at the crossing.Tooking the life of a professional detective,Norman Klein Hughes,22 years old.

“What’s this?” Norman opens the files that was filled with old yellowed papers.”The Case of the missing daughter of Marionette family.Year 1824”.The case was long closed by the police because the lack of evidence.

Matilda Ann. Marionette,16 years old,was believed suffering from a mental disease called bipolar disorder and was mentally unstable ever since the young age of 12. Father,Erward Cler. Marionette,30 years old, Billionaire. Mother,Ellie Ann. Marionette, 27 years old. Would be 28 if she was alive .

“What? That means. Lady Ellie gave birth to Matilda when she was just 12 years old” (28 -16=12) Weird family. Norman was still flipping the file when one of his new maids knocked on his office door.

-“Good Evening ,Sir Klein. Now is the time for you to go back home.”

-“Ah, okay.”

Norman was thinking about something when a car hit him at the speed of 310 kilometers per hour. Norman didn’t realize this .He had a lot on his mind that he didn’t even know the light had turned back red.

Just when he thought he was going to die,he woke up in a bedroom.The interior was not the lavish type but it was clean and tidy

“What’s this? 8 a.m? ” I thought it was already evening?” Norman thought to himself and, out of the blue, a handsome man in his middle 20s wearing a tailcoat entered the room .

-”Albert, you aren’t going to change anytime soon.

-“Just how did the Young Lady didn’t fired fire you yet.” -William Winstor.

-“What?”

-“Quick, Albert. Go to the kitchen and cook something already. The Young Lady is going to wake up anytime soon.Better hurry up.

-”Ah,okay.Fine.”

Where am I? Who am I ? Why did this happened to me? Did I just reincarnate in the case I’ve been thinking about?

“No way, is this real? I became the butler in this life? Cool.What do I need to do now? Oh, I need to serve some food.” Norman or now known as Albert know that the man’s name was from his name tag.

It took two hour for Albert to finally done cooking the first meal of the day, breakfast.At last, Matilda finally wake up.
