I run. My lungs are on fire. I started hyperventilating not too long ago. I hear his steps behind me. I push myself to the limit, my legs moving faster than I’d ever imagined. His laugh is haunting me, telling me it’s pointless to keep running, that I’m not fast enough. He will eventually catch up to me.
I try not to believe him. Keeping my pace I turn to the right into an alley. I can’t see much but I keep running. I look behind me, hoping that I’ve lost him.
I haven’t.
In the dim light I can see that the alley is coming to an end. I stop running. It’s pointless. I have nowhere to go. I turn around and see his silhouette approaching me. He’s twice my size. I take a few steps back, my back finally pushing against the wall, I look around to see if someone is there, that maybe someone might hear me, but there are only old buildings appearing to be abandoned. He approaches me silently though his steps echo in my head. He has come face to face with me. I can see his facial features clearer now, he has little hair, he’s almost bald, he’s around his late forties and has a long beard and chunks of his eyebrows are torn off.
He opens his mouth to speak. His face is so close to mine that I smell his breath. I get a whiff of some cheap alcohol and perfume. I push myself harder into the wall even though I can’t get any farther. His face comes over my neck and I try to wiggle but both of his hands are on both sides of me, caging my small body.
“Hi girlie” he says, his hot breath against my neck. My eyes begin to water “There is no need to be scared love” his hands roam my body touching things that he shouldn’t. I try to scream, but no sound comes out. I try to move but it’s useless. I’m frozen, unable to do anything.
“I can feel your erratic pulse love, you enjoy this don’t you, little naughty girl” his hand skims to the hem of my dress and when one tear falls beginning the journey from my eye to the end of my face he licks it when it’s the closest to my mouth. My head jerks in disgust and more tears begin to fall. He takes both of my hands in a strong grip and starts kissing me. I close my eyes trying to imagine that none of this is happening when he suddenly stops. Opening my eyes in hope that this has ended I see that he bends down and takes a nearby beer bottle. I whimper and start to move faster, stronger. Finally, my voice comes in, I yell for help but for no avail. He comes face to face again “I’d say in sorry love, but I’m not” he says. The last thing I saw was the swing of a bottle towards my head.
I could not feel a thing, only my face against the floor and the movement of him thrusting inside of me. I whimper and start crying again. He takes note of my gain of consciousness and rolls up my shirt. I don’t know what he’s doing. His face, next to my ear whispering “I’m sure you’ll enjoy this too” he thrust several crystals into my back. I yell, and lose consciousness again.
