Chapter 12. Werewolves what a funny joke

When Lucie came downstairs she looked just way too cute with my huge clothes. She greeted us all and ate something. “Can I ask you something Jacob?” I went into my room with her, and we sat down on my bed. “Why did you let it go on so far with Bunny? Why didn’t you just push her off in the first place?!” she asked looking down but her voice coated with anger and sadness.

Fuck what should I even tell her

Tell her the truth 

Jax simply said

Lucie so me and the other guys are werewolves, and I’m the Alpha should I fucking tell her that or what!?

Forget that you dumbass, she won’t believe me.

A clearing of the throat brought me back to the here and now. I took a deep breath and said “So uh well me and the boys are Werewolves, and I am the Alpha”. She looked at me startled and started laughing “as if there would be such a thing” I knew she wouldn’t believe me, I will never listen to my Wolf Jax again. “And now I want a proper answer. You still haven’t answered my question” she said getting serious again.

“I’m dead serious Lucie. I’ve been talking to the guys via mind link, and I’m always a bit absent when I do, so I didn’t mean to hurt you” I replied.

“Since Alphas are always represented as strong, you couldn’t have just shoved that bitch off of you or at least said something??” she asked now. I opened my mouth to speak up „you know what don’t even say it, it’s always the same bull with you guys Anyway… what did that guy want from me? As I can recall he was scared of you” she then proceeded asking. “I don’t know” I simply replied shrugging 

After a few minutes of silence we went out into the forest.
