Chapter 13. The Big (Bad) Wolf

After a few minutes of silence we went out into the forest. “I’m going to show you something, now…please don’t freak out or run away Lucie”.

I was watching him closely when suddenly I heard bones cracking and saw a black wolf around 2 meters tall. “Oh shit, shit, shit” I whispered fearfully this had to be a bad bad dream there’s no way that a mere human just transformed into this huge Wolf in front of my Eyes. This had to be a dream firstly blade is back, coming for me for whatever reason. Then the guy I’ve been attracted to for the last few weeks turns into a huge mythical creature in front of my eyes. I was about to faint when his voice boomed in my head.

*You don’t have to be scared it’s just me take a few deep breaths for me okay can you do that for me* I heard Jacob’s voice saying in my head. I nodded and took some deep breath’s leaning against a tree.

After I managed to calm down he laid down. I sat on his back still not believing what I was witnessing and had just seen. He walked very slowly “I still can’t wrap my head around this, shit I must’ve hit my head or something” he just chuckled in my head, we arrived at a beautiful clearing. Jacob laid down so I could get down.

He shifted back and looked at me “sorry that I didn’t believe you…. this is all a bit much” I said 

A bit?! This guy we’ve barely known just shifted into a fucking Wolf like it was THE most normal thing to do 

Skai said outraged

“Never mind, but you have to keep this to yourself from now on okay?” he said seriously. I nodded and hugged him “thank you and the boys for saving me” I said quietly “it’s no problem” he hugged me back. Jacob shifted into his Wolf again and took us back to the house.
