My thoughts are free!

Sometimes they circle and circle…..can’t stop them…..

why stop them?

They may circle around me…..above me…….

It is OK! They are OK!

I am good enough!

My thoughts are good……they guide me.

Thoughts should be! They must be!

I never let them go

I say: “Hello, good thoughts! Stay with me…..

Teach me!

My thoughts are my companions

I can always trust them

If I treat them well and accept their messages,the then they keep staying with me

My thoughts are my protectors of my soul

They make me strong and the person I am and should be!

My thoughts “are ME!”
