Around 1900: The neighbouring Kniely (farm No. 31) and Kornhäusl (farm No. 30) families arrange for a small plot of land adjacent to the Fehring – Feldbach connecting road to be dedicated in the land register for the construction of a chapel.
- 1903: Completion and consecration of the chapel. It is dedicated to the patron saint Mary. The Kniely family takes over the care of the chapel, the ‘Unger men’ (farm no. 28) ring the bells.
- 1914 – 1918: The First World War. Lower Styria becomes part of Yugoslavia.
- 1900/1910/1919: Pertlstein is hit by severe storms and flooding.
- 1939 – 1945: Second World War. The bells are confiscated by the National Socialists for weapon production.
- 1959: Pastor Tieber consecrates the newly purchased bell, manufactured by the Grassmayr bell foundry in Innsbruck, in memory of the fallen of the world wars. Johann Unger takes over the ringing until 1971, followed by his daughter Hilde until 2007.
- 1974: Extensive renovation: roof, windows and pews. Consecration by parish priest Josef Feirer.
- 1989: The Iron Curtain falls.
- 1995: Construction of the community centre with new community hall and Raabtalhalle.
- 1996: Opening of the new bypass road.
- 1998/1999: Roof renovation, replacement of windows and doors, remodelling of the pews. Dedication by the parish priest Josef Feirer.
- 2001: The forecourt of the chapel is redesigned and the tower is illuminated.
- 2004: Slovenia and Hungary join the EU, abolition of border controls.
- 2006: The bell ringing is automated.
- 2015: Pertlstein becomes part of the town of FEHRING.
- 2023: The chapel gets a new coat of paint inside.
- 2024: The chapel also gets a new coat of paint on the outside.
