Story

Fools! With the crown finally in my possession, I shall bestow upon our people a vital sensation they have long been deprived of – freedom and hope. I have already assembled a formidable league of warriors to aid me in realising this uprising hope – the Red Supremacy, fierce warriors who share my vision. A world where true freedom is our reality, we can live with pride, and the Weaklings shall no longer hold sway. I, Aldrich Gringold of England, shall be the harbinger of our people’s salvation. It matters not their nation or the colour of their skin; in my name, they shall be rid of these vermin, these Weaklings. A world of unbridled freedom awaits!

Belmont carefully rolled up the parchment and met Aldwin’s gaze with a look of hopelessness. “He is mad!” he exclaimed. Aldwin nodded solemnly. “Yes, Belmont. He plans to eradicate the Weaklings in London and everywhere else. Innocence won’t save anyone – your wife and children are all at risk under his rule!” A cold sweat ran down Belmont’s face, his pulse quickened, and the room seemed to close around him. The gravity of the situation weighed heavily on his mind. “If that is true, then…”

“Yes, Belmont,” Aldwin interjected, placing a comforting hand on his friend’s back. “Your family is in grave danger. As I warned you, you will be a victim of a great tragedy if you don’t act swiftly.” Belmont took a deep breath and sipped his beverage to steady himself, saying, “Let us not rush our next moves, Aldwin. Gringold may expect people to flee the city after his coronation. His army will control every possible means of escape – land, sea, even the air.”

“He undoubtedly will,” affirmed Aldwin. “That’s why my ship is anchored at the port of London. I intend to use it to facilitate the escape of all the Mages who choose to flee once Gringold’s true intentions are exposed to the public”.
