ULTRA

The day was here. I arrived at the Venue where Arthur was already waiting for me, coordinating some last-minute details with Alessio. I went backstage and tried to do some stretching exercises for my legs. So that I could be warm while dancing. Someone knocked on the door.
“Come in” I said, thinking it would be Alessio.
“Heeeeey, here you are!” Destiny said as she entered the room.
“You look stunning” I said.
“So do you!” She answered.
“Thank you so much for coming” I said.
“Of course” She answered.
Arthur went inside the room. “You have one hour” he said to me. “Hi Destiny”, he continued.
“I will let you get ready and get ready myself. See you later”, Destiny said to me, as she left the room with Arthur.

5 Minutes countdown. I was backstage, and I could already hear and feel the energy of the crowd. The introduction background video started to play on the screens. I got a feeling in my abs that I never had before. I used to get some excitement and feel something in my abs, but this time I could hardly talk…. I came out on stage and, however I could, I screamed “What’s up, Miami?”
“Ultra… Are you ready? I screamed as the crowd reacted insanely.
“I said; are you FUCKING READYYYY!!!!” I continued screaming.

I started to play as usual, the crowd welcomed me with so much love. All the fear was gone after the first minutes. From that on, I felt again connected to my environment.

“Ultra; I have a surprise for you tonight. Are you ready? I said. It was time to present the new track. I was a bit excited to show the people what we had done.
The crowd screamed insanely.
“The next song is called “INSTA STORIES. We created a beautiful team, and we are releasing it here for you.”
“ENJOY MOTHERFUCKERS” I screamed.

The music beat from Insta Stories started to be played. I left the mixer and went to the middle of the stage to start the first part of the choreography, which was a solo in a contemporary style. When the Latin break came, dancers popped out, and we started the choreography together. People’s reaction was amazing.

The screens went off, and we made a fake ending. People wanted more. They kept on screaming…!

After one minute, I came back on stage and said “OK Miami, do you want more?
The crowd screamed like crazy.
“I can’t hear you! I said, Do you want FUCKING MOREEEE? I screamed.
“Well, I’ll give you more” I said as Destiny popped out on stage in an excentric white outfit.
“ULTRA, Are you ready for me?” Destiny said.
“Miami, with you… DESTINY BOO” I screamed, “Give it up for her! Come on, this is a party, motherfuckers”, I continued.
We performed” King of the Nilo” for the first time. It was such a pleasant experience. Such a high energy moment.
